Gratitude is a practice, which means you have to make time for it. You have to actively make an effort to focus on what you’re grateful for. It doesn’t come naturally for everyone, but it’s so worth the effort.
Meditate
Meditation is the perfect thing to help you find that calm and magical space within yourself. It’s the perfect way to slow down, focus on yourself, and get a little more in touch with your magical self. There are plenty of guided meditation apps and podcasts that you can use to help you get into that zen state. What’s great about meditation is that anyone can do it. You don’t have to be a certain type of person or have any previous experience. Anyone can give it a try. All you have to do is close your eyes and try to focus on your breath.
Express Love
Love is the most magical thing we have at our disposal. It’s the purest, most powerful form of magic. Love is truly transformative and can completely alter the course of your life. When you express love, you’re allowing yourself to be open to receiving more love in return. This is the perfect way to be magical because you’ll find more love in your life. The more love we have in our lives, the more joyful and magical we become. Love can be expressed in so many different ways, so there’s no excuse to not open yourself up to more love in your life.
Have Fun

Negativity and darkness can never bring you the magical, positive life you so desperately want. Every time you judge someone, try to remind yourself of what you’re actually saying. Try to remind yourself of how silly it is. Try to laugh it off and let that judgment go. It’s a way to close the door to more darkness in your life.

Journaling is a great way to express yourself and create new positivity in your life. When you write down things that you want in your life, you’re opening yourself up to receiving those things. You’re actively putting yourself in a positive state and visualizing what you want. This is a great way to be magical. Journaling is something that you can do at any time, anywhere.
