Before changing my mindset about life and embarking on my joyful journaling journey to become a happier person, I was always high strung and bad-tempered. I got upset about small things and would stay agitated the whole day if something made me upset.
There were many instances where I would see the veins on my forehead popping up due to stress. Finally, I got so sick of myself and hearing myself whine that I decided I had to change my mindset, get fitter and restructure my online business to focus on just the things which make me passionate.
Since I changed my mindset to focus on only things that matter to me and love deeply, I have developed a sense of renewed passion for what I do every day. Also, I have started believing in the power of magical unicorns and belief in ME.
I believe in passion and love for what I do and Planning and Productivity in all areas of my life to stay Positive. I will help you harness your girl powers and stay positive through simple sustainable hobbies like (1) journaling for joy, (2) level-headed planning and organization in pretty planners and checklists for staying organized and unfrazzled, and (3) awesome art therapy like crafts and coloring for relaxation.
