Have You Tried Giving Gratitude When You Are Eating Something Super Yummy-licious?
Today, I will share with you one of my favorite ways of feeling and staying positive. This technique is called gratitude journaling. It is journaling down what you are grateful for daily. If you can’t journal daily, try every other day.
If you find it difficult to start giving gratitude, try giving gratitude the next time you are eating something yummy like a healthy yogurt with many super feelgood toppings.
You could give thanks for your yogurt. You could thank the manufacturer of the yogurt. You could be grateful for each ingredient in your yogurt.
Do it every time you are eating something delicious and then move on to other things you enjoy, such as music, movies, or any of your hobbies.
Practice giving thanks for the obvious things and then slowly work your way on to more complicated things such as being grateful for your memories with a late beloved someone.
It’s not easy to give thanks for the challenging things. It’s tough to face a bad situation in life and give thanks for being alive and intact with a fighting spirit.
But you must please try for your sanity. Please try for your positive state of mind.
Do everything you can please to stay on the bright side of things even though you face a challenging situation. I pray that you see that pot of gold at the end of the pretty rainbow soon…
You Must Grovel At Gratitude Giving Even If You Lack Motivation
Embracing constant gratitude to create more happiness and positivity will require developing new habits, commitment, and focus.
If you merely decide to practice gratitude every few days and then slip into giving gratitude only once a week and then once in two weeks, you will find it harder to go back to practicing gratitude and may even give up after a while.
However, if you keep at giving gratitude every single day and persevere, you will find that it becomes easier to sustain. Hopefully, you will feel the excellent effects of giving gratitude daily very soon.
For me, my daily gratitude sessions have brought me a lot of calmness, reduced my stress and anxiety, and given me a lot of joy. I can’t guarantee that giving gratitude will bring you the same joyful effects as everyone’s situation is different. What I can do for you is to wish upon a wishing star that you can feel more happiness and smile more through giving gratitude.
After trying many different methods of giving gratitude, I have found that the best and most sustainable way of seeking gratitude is through gratitude journaling. This is why I created my Big Grateful Heart: 52 Week Gratitude Journal. I wanted to be able to practice giving gratitude easily daily.

My steadfast concentration on a single thing during my coloring sessions allows me to forget about all my worries and whatever else is bothering me.
At the same time, the sustained attention that coloring requires helps me improve my own ability to concentrate on any one thing at a time.
The internet and advertising have taught me to flit my attention from one thing to the next without spending any real-time sustaining my focus and engaging with a piece of content.
Coloring has the reverse effect, helping me to stay focused on just one thing for an extended period.
So, coloring becomes an escape in the moment – a great way to relax and unwind. But at the same time, it helps to train me to be able to switch off from my worries and to be able to find calm wherever I am.
And unlike meditation, coloring is something that anyone can enjoy right away. You don’t need years of experience and training; it isn’t linked with ancient, mystical practices… it’s a lot of simple fun.
Coloring is creative too, and that in itself has been therapeutic and rewarding for me. When was the last time you created something beautiful?
My eye for color, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor control have all improved over time as I lose myself in my coloring sessions.
As a result of my coloring determination, I have created prettier coloring pages with time.
