Journaling – One Of Our Favorite Ways Of Feeling Happy Every Day
You will see from the above Lesson 23, “Journaling as a Tool for Self-Growth and Positive Thinking,” that journaling is a great tool you can use for your positivity.
Journaling is one of our favorite ways of seeking positivity. To us, this is one of the most sustainable and affordable ways of feeling joy daily.
You can journal in just 15-30 minutes a day. If you don’t have the time, try journaling for only 5 minutes a day and see how you feel after a week.
Fix Your Problems By Journaling
We have always enjoyed writing, so journaling down our feelings comes pretty naturally to us. After we found ourselves getting stuck a lot in life and our business building attempts, we decided to turn to writing and journaling to solve our problems.
After we started writing down on paper all the issues that we were stuck with and started journaling about our problems, we were no longer getting stuck.
Instead, we found it easier to resolve the problems we had by simply writing them on paper and thinking it through again on paper by writing down the solutions on paper.
After experiencing great success with journaling, we decided that we wanted to share its benefits with as many people as possible.
We are not doctors, so we cannot tell you that journaling will work for you. But this is what journaling has done for us:
- We no longer feel stressed since we started writing down our problems on paper and solving them on paper.
- We feel happier when we give thanks every day in a gratitude journal. Gratitude journaling is merely using the art of journaling in your gratitude giving sessions to help you show gratitude more easily.
- We feel motivated about our lives as we start to surround ourselves with pretty journals that we have created for ourselves.
- Overall, we have more powerful positive energy every day.
- Our families also have it better since we are happier!
