Coloring has the reverse effect, helping us to stay focused on just one thing for an extended period of time.
So coloring becomes an escape in the moment – a great way to relax and unwind. But at the same time, it helps to train us to be able to switch off from our worries and to be able to find calm wherever we are.
And unlike meditation, coloring is something that anyone can enjoy right away. You don’t need years of experience and training, it isn’t linked with any ancient, mystical practices… it’s actually a lot of simple fun.
