Before I go into the benefits of journaling, I must emphasize that I am not a doctor and therefore am not in a position to dispense any medical advice.
What I share with you on journaling is based on what I have researched and have experimented with, and tested on myself.

When I started journaling, though, things changed. Writing at the end of every day (or start) helps you to take stock of your life and to reflect on what is going well and what’s not going so well.

At the same time, this forces you to take stock and to appreciate the things that matter to you in life.
