How NOT To Procrastinate
You need to give your best shot at making a change by taking action on your to-do items and your goals. If you do not do anything and just whine about your neverending list of tasks, you will not see any results and success.
It would help if you wanted to succeed. And the first thing you need to do to succeed is to start doing something that will let you work towards your goals. Do not make goals that are unrealistic, as that will scare you. You will think that you can never succeed because the goals are so out of reach.
Do not focus on the unattainable right from the start. Instead, focus on the achievable by taking baby steps towards your goals. Although you need to dream big, you also need to be realistic by setting smaller goals you can work on right from the start.
Focus on your main goal. And then break this goal into smaller manageable goals that you can work on immediately. Come up with a checklist of to-do items for these smaller goals, which you can work on every day. Follow through with the items in your checklist, complete them, and you will start seeing results soon.
You have the power to get rid of the procrastination that is causing stagnation in your life. Start today!
May you procrastinate no more with my checklist!
