My name is I-Ping Yeo, and I am a previously jaded ex-lawyer and now positively charged mompreneur who founded AshleyYeo.com.

The problem is that we don’t think about how to most logically and efficiently structure this time. As a result, we find ourselves worrying about what to do first, and we become quickly overrun and disheartened.

Plan time for YOU. Plan time to unwind and enjoy yourself. After a hard day at work/looking after the kids, you sometimes need that little bit of TLC. You need that opportunity to enjoy yourself and to relax.
