Who Is Ashley Yeo?
My name is I-Ping Yeo, and I am a previously jaded ex-lawyer and now positively charged mompreneur who founded AshleyYeo.com to help moms stay positive and have easy access to digital educational resources they can use for their families.
I am the author and publisher of the “Big Grateful Heart: 52 Week Gratitude Journal”. This is one of my best-selling gratitude journals, and it was a number 1 new release on Amazon as well as on several of Amazon’s Top 100 bestseller lists.
Before changing my mindset about life and embarking on my joyful journey to become a happier person and mom, I was always high-strung and bad-tempered. I got upset about small things and would stay agitated the whole day if something made me angry.
There were many instances where I would see the veins on my forehead popping up due to stress.
Finally, I got so sick of myself and hearing myself whine that I decided I had to change my mindset, get fitter and restructure my online business to focus on just the things which make me passionate.
Ashley Yeo is a “fictional” character who is very different from me in personality. I am often stressed and burned out while Ashley Yeo is collected, calm, and composed. Together, we produce premium printables for your homeschool, positivity and self-care.
Although I do not homeschool my child now, I had to homeschool him due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances, which we were all thrown in. My life as a homeschool mom was brief. But that was enough to knock some wind out of me and stressed me out so much that I started to wonder how on earth other moms who homeschooled 24/7 do it while staying in control?
I wanted to relieve my stress as quickly and as effectively as I could as I understood that if I were stressed, my stress would rub off on my child too. I wanted to be a positive mom who was in control of my busy day. There were so many things that I had to do! I also wanted to supplement my child's education outside his school schedule without stressing him or stressing myself out.
I started doing more research on how to be an effective homeschool mom. This is when I stumbled upon the beautiful world of homeschool printables, which I can easily print on my home printer immediately upon download.
As a homeschool mom, you are probably already used to the idea of printing out printables for your homeschool curriculum.
Why not ride on this beautiful world of printables to add some effective stress busters to your busy homeschool daily life?

The odd thing about happiness is that it is free. Yet, it's so elusive. When you cannot attach a dollar sign to something, it makes it hard to quantify its worth.
And that confuses us and makes us think that you need to have an infinite amount of happiness in order to be happy.
To me, happiness is seeing my loved ones being happy. Happiness is hearing my munchkin say I love you. Happiness is waking up early enough in the morning to have some quality ME time. Happiness is singing off-key in the shower to a tune I love but being darn ecstatic at the sound of my own voice.
Happiness is being able to communicate my love for words by packaging contents in a published book I sell. I am not a powerful writer nor am I a brilliant author and I am cool with that. I publish content creatively, that's what I do and that keeps me very happy and looking forward to work each day. Happiness is not caring too much when I use "I" instead of "we" in creating a piece of marketing content.
I don't understand happiness and I never will because I am one who thinks too much and worries too much. But over the course of 8 years of groveling at building a silly "online business thing", I feel that I have come full circle.
I am back to square one and back to being myself instead of giving the audience what I think they want to hear. I am not asking you to appreciate what I do. But I am asking you to appreciate your life by taking a couple of minutes to journal in your journal small things that make you happy.
Make a list of 7 things for a start. That's one happy thought a day. Start journaling now! Little cookies of happiness taste real good in chocolate...Grab more happiness and positivity tips now!

Dear Mom, Is This You?
As natural caregivers, who often place the needs of others before their own, moms have to make time for their career, their kids and their friends, siblings, and parents, and sometimes even their coworkers and neighbors.
Moms today have more on their plates than ever before. Indeed, some of us have to homeschool our kids on top of working at our jobs.
Between running back and forth to and from soccer practice and school, work, responsibilities at home, and social commitments, there never seems to be enough time in the day.
One day morphs into the next, a week becomes a year, and you start to feel burned out, overwhelmed, exhausted, angry, and unable to care for anyone.
Is This You?
While hearing expressions of gratitude and respect from others is nice, many moms today are frequently neglecting the one person in their lives that matters most… themselves!
That is a shame because self-care is a simple practice that can lead to much-improved health and wellbeing in mind and body, emotions, and spirit.
Moms often neglect caring for themselves, and this leads to stress and poor lifestyle habits, which can deliver a long list of poor health conditions. That poor health and wellbeing lead to more stress, and an endless cycle of adverse health conditions feeds upon itself.
It also means moms are often physically, mentally, and emotionally incapable of caring for their loved ones like they want to.
If this much too common condition of moms ignoring the fact that they need to nurture themselves before they can care for anyone else is so prevalent, what is the answer?
What concrete, identifiable, and specific steps can a mom take to have less stress and feel better about herself?
Is there anything that can help you discover spiritual and emotional fulfillment, relieve stress, and also enjoy mental health, all while giving your loved ones the best-ever care and support?

What Are Planner Printables And How They Can Help You Be A More Productive And Positive Homeschool Mom
Pretty Planners For Super Powerful Planning Strategies: Prudent Planning For Staying Organized And Unfrazzled
Do you ever feel like life has gotten a little on top of you?
It’s okay – I feel that way from time to time!
Take a look around you, and you’ll possibly see piles of clothes that haven’t been put away. Maybe your kitchen is full of dishes.
You likely have unfinished to-do lists that are as long as your arm, and you probably don’t have any time to pursue the things that you are passionate about.
Again, this is just part of being a stressed mom in the 21st century.
But then again, there are those moms that don’t seem to have this problem. There are superhero moms who just seem to be on top of everything all the time. You know the ones: the ones you secretly love-hate.
You’ve been around their homes, and you’ve seen just how pristine everything is. And even when you try and catch them out by dropping in unannounced, they still have perfect homes!
They probably manage to do this while also raising three children and running a home business that has taken off immensely.
They always have time to write Christmas and birthday cards (you think they do it to shame you), and they attend every social event. They ought too; they arranged them all after all!
So, what’s their secret?
The answer is simple, really: it’s organization.
Or more precisely: it’s systems.
We all have a certain amount of time in the day, and we all have a finite amount of energy that will limit just how much we can accomplish in that time.
The problem is that we don’t think about how to most logically and efficiently structure this time. As a result, we find ourselves worrying about what to do first, and we become quickly overrun and disheartened.
Most of us have an overwhelming number of things that we need to do, which in turn leaves us with no clue about where to start. And you know what happens when you have no idea where to start?
You Don’t Start!
The result is that you end up procrastinating: half relaxing and half stressing about all the things you need to do. Perhaps you make a half-hearted attempt at crossing one thing off your list.
And meanwhile, your washing goes unwashed, and that all-important email goes unanswered. Another day, and you’re no closer to feeling on top of things.
But by applying smart systems, you have a process. You have a simple order for completing recurring tasks and a strategy for dealing with what’s unexpected.
Having a smart system allows you to fit everything that you need to do logically around your day so that you can still find time to spend with the people you love, or to do the things you want to do.
By creating systems, you can reduce the amount of time every job takes, and remove the stress from it.
THAT is how you become a superwoman. THAT is how you start kicking life’s ass.
Here’s a Quick Tip You Can Have for Free That Will Make a BIG Difference
Want a quick tip?
Plan time for YOU. Plan time to unwind and enjoy yourself. After a hard day at work/looking after the kids, you sometimes need that little bit of TLC. You need that opportunity to enjoy yourself and to relax.
This is part of the reason that many of us find it so hard to do the thing that we know we should do when we get time: because we’re just so desperate to watch the rest of that boxset or to relax.
But by scheduling downtime as part of your plan, you remove this inner-struggle. You now find it much easier to be productive because you know you have some serious downtime just around the corner.
Setting aside time for play is game-changing because it not only makes you more productive but also more relaxed!
There are many other ways that smart planning and organizing can make you a more efficient woman too. Abiding by the “one-minute rule” (if something takes less than a minute to do, tick it off your list right away), for example, can help you to stop stressing about those little things.
By using the theory of Kaizen meanwhile (borrowed from the Japanese manufacturing industry), you can structure your tasks in such a way that each one becomes quicker and easier – accomplishing twice as much with half the time and half the effort!

What Are Coloring Pages And How You Can Use Them For Joy And Relaxation

This is the best value, most creative, most enjoyable way to unwind. Keep reading to find out more, and to discover why I think coloring is so therapeutic.
Before I go into the benefits of coloring, I must emphasize that I am not a doctor and therefore am not in a position to dispense any medical advice. What I do know is that I feel relaxed when I color, and I want to spread a little positive cheer to coloring lovers out there.
Why I Love Coloring As An Alternative To Meditation For Mental Health
These days it seems like everyone is stressed. We’ve all heard just how bad our modern style of living is for our health and mental wellbeing.
And whether you have a busy commute and stressful working environment, or perhaps long days of looking after the kids, the chances are that you know exactly what I am talking about.
We spend our days indoors, cut off from natural light and fresh air, and filled with stressful thoughts of debt and mortgages. Also, many of us feel that we lack a sense of purpose, or that we don’t know what to do with our lives.
We don’t sleep well. We’re bombarded with images of other people’s perfect lives on social media. And we spend our “downtime” watching shows about a zombie apocalypse or vampires.
Is it any wonder that we’re perpetually stressed? On the verge of a nervous breakdown?
Stress and fatigue are such common ailments today that they are even collectively referred to as “21st Century Syndrome!”
So, what helps to relieve our stress and fatigue? One popular answer is meditation. In many ways, meditation serves as the perfect antidote.
Meditation is a practice that involves calming your mind and focusing on just one thing (or often nothing at all).
Meditation gives you the ability to simply “switch off” from your worries and to decide that you’re going to focus on something else.
Through the art of meditation, you can rise above your problems, no matter what they might be.
At the same time, this kind of sustained focus has been shown to increase cortical thickness, attention, mood, creativity, and even IQ!
There’s just one problem: meditation takes a long time. Most of us have difficulty finding 20 minutes during the day just to sit quietly (and yes, I know that’s part of the problem!).
Moreover, meditation takes even longer to learn. There’s a good chance that you might have tried meditation before, and if you’re reading this, then that probably didn’t work out for you.
The thing is, meditation requires intense mental discipline, and it takes years to master—years before it starts offering its real benefit.
That’s Where Coloring Comes In...
Through my search for a relaxing stress relief technique to replace the therapeutic effects of meditation, I came across adult coloring and have been hooked ever since.
To me, coloring is in many ways, a meditative experience. When I am absorbed in a great piece of coloring, I completely forget about all of my worries.
All of my pesky problems slip away as I find myself completely enraptured in what I am doing. When I color, I am focused on that one single goal of blending the beautiful colors on my coloring pages.
My steadfast concentration on a single thing during my coloring sessions allows me to forget about all my worries, and whatever else is bothering me.
At the same time, the sustained attention that coloring requires helps me to improve my ability to concentrate on any one thing at a time.
The internet and advertising have taught us to flit our attention from one thing to the next without spending any real-time sustaining our focus and engaging with a piece of content.
Coloring has the reverse effect, helping me to stay focused on just one thing for an extended period.
So coloring becomes an escape in the moment – a great way to relax and unwind. But at the same time, it helps to train me to be able to switch off from my worries and to be able to find calm wherever I am.
And unlike meditation, coloring is something that anyone can enjoy right away. You don’t need years of experience and training; it isn’t linked with any ancient, mystical practices, and it’s a lot of simple fun.
Coloring is creative too, and that in itself has been therapeutic and rewarding for me. When was the last time you created something beautiful?
My eye for color, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor control have all improved over time as I lose myself in my coloring sessions.
As a result of my coloring determination, I have created prettier coloring pages with time.
Don’t you wish to join me in my fun coloring sessions and create gorgeous coloring images of your own that you can hang on your wall?

What Are Journaling Printables And How You Can Use Them For Joy
Journaling For Joy - Fix Your Misery With Journaling
So how can journaling change your life? How can such a simple activity make such a massive difference to the way you feel and work? Before I go into the benefits of journaling, I must emphasize that I am not a doctor and therefore am not in a position to dispense any medical advice.
What I share with you on journaling is based on what I have researched and have experimented with and tested on myself.
I believe that journaling is one of the very best ways to become the best version of yourself. This is because journaling is a simple practice that you can do every day. Journaling can take just minutes every day, and I believe it is something that anyone can benefit from.
Stick around, and I am going to share with you why I think journaling is so awesome, and why you should join my Homeschool Happiness and Peak Productivity Club to get off to the best start.
I have always enjoyed writing, and journaling comes pretty naturally to me.
After I found myself getting stuck a lot in life and my business building attempts, I decided to turn to writing and journaling to solve my problems, work on my state of personal development, and learn how to take better care of myself.
I felt I was always rushing and never able to relax like I always had a million things to do.
Inevitably, after a stressful day, I would spend my evenings crashed in front of the TV watching junk. Other vital things slipped through the net: the house was disorganized, I never paid bills on time, and the embarrassing list goes on and on.
Worse, I was never able to stop and appreciate my life. I never spent quality time with my family and friends. When I was with them, I was mentally absent – I wasn’t able to focus or concentrate because I was always thinking of my to-do lists and busy on the phone trying to do last-minute unimportant stuff.
My life was rushing past as a blur, and I was miserable.
How Journaling To Self-Care Topics Made Me Take Stock Of My Life
When I started journaling, though, things changed. Writing at the end of every day (or start) helps you to take stock of your life and to reflect on what is going well and what’s not going so well.
When you do that, you realize what you want to do more of in your life and what you need to change. If you’re wasting time and opportunities, then there is no getting away from it: it’s laid out there for you.
At the same time, this forces you to take stock and to appreciate the things that matter to you in life.
Writing things that you are grateful for is one of the most popular practices in journaling. It can be a fantastic way to live in the moment, appreciate what matters, and become instantly happier and more content.
At the same time, you’ll find it’s much easier to organize your days. Your memory will improve as you naturally reflect on every day.
Time slows down.
And at the same time, you have an excellent record of everything you’ve done – often beautifully presented.
This is a beautiful way to express yourself creatively and to make something beautiful that you can be proud of. When was the last time you did that?
When was the last time you turned off the computer and the television, stopped looking at your phone, and just got to work on something physical and beautiful?
When was the last time you took some time to enjoy your memories and to reflect on your life?
You can see how that might be a positive change, right?
That’s before I even touch on the direct benefits of journaling itself. I remember reading somewhere that practicing cursive can thicken brain regions that can help with speech and verbal fluency.
After I started writing down on paper all the issues that I was stuck with and started journaling about my problems, I found that I was no longer getting stuck.
Instead, I was finding it easier to resolve the problems I had by simply writing them on paper and thinking it through again on paper by writing down the solutions on paper.
The Very Best Way to Get Started With Journaling: Sign Up for My Homeschool Happiness and Peak Productivity Club
After experiencing such great success with journaling to self-care topics, I decided that I wanted to share its benefits with as many people as possible.
I am not a doctor, so I cannot tell you that journaling and developing a self-care plan through journaling will work for you. But this is what journaling has done for me:
- I no longer feel so stressed since I started writing down my problems on paper and solving them on paper.
- I feel happier when I give thanks every day in a gratitude journal. Gratitude journaling is merely using the art of journaling in your gratitude giving sessions to help you give recognition more easily.
- I feel motivated about my life as I start to surround myself with pretty journals that I have created for myself.
- Overall, my mood has improved tremendously. My family also has it better since my mood is better!
When I practiced daily journaling, I became happier and more content.
But it wasn’t an overnight transformation. Getting started can be difficult if you don’t know what you’re doing, and at first, I was quite lost.
That’s why I put together the Homeschool Happiness and Peak Productivity Club. Together, my team has put a tremendous amount of work into the membership because we are genuinely passionate about positivity printables and believe it can help moms feel better. We want to help more moms tap into the positivity that fantastic printables brings!

Why Are Some Moms Happier Than Others?
I don't think these moms are necessarily more intelligent or have better lives than the unhappy ones but they exude the MOM POWER from within due to the way they react to things.
They take things in their stride and always react positively even in the crappiest of situations.
My Philosophy For Motherhood Glow - KISS P.P.P
When you glow from the inside, you keep your mental well-being in a positive state.
And when you glow from the outside, you will have greater confidence in dealing with everyday life with a positive oomph.
But how do you attain this state of glow? You need to have 3 crucial Ps in your life:
- Positivity, which is pretty much self-explanatory.
For me, the most important part about being a positive mom is the ability to rub off my happiness on my family.
- Productivity and organization because it sucks to be always falling off the crazy spinning wheel of everyday life.
That will make you stressed and miserable. And when you are stressed and sad, the usually cute acts of your kids when you are calm will suddenly make you raise your voice and break into a chiding rant.
- Passion for your sense of purpose and ikigai.
You need to have something you love, which keeps you going every day. It could be your family or your career.
It could be a hobby. Or anything which gives you that extra boost of energy when you are indulging in it.
If you fail to see your purpose in life and find that passion for keeping you going, you will end up directionless and miserable.
How Do You Achieve Your PPP in life?
What works for me is to have a keep it silly simple (KISS) regime for self-care.
Self-care is the act of caring for yourself, which will, in turn, help you take better care of your family.
My regime for self-care is a daily ritual that consists of any of the following:
1. I Consciously Seek Happiness And Positivity.
This means that I actively indulge in positivity practices (as listed below) daily.
2. I Let Go Of My Compulsion To Be Perfect.
You wouldn't have seen this version of me in the past when I was too busy trying to do everything the right way and trying to be perfect. There's no need for perfection. It keeps you stressed and doing your most outstanding work because of your inertia.
3. I Journal For Joy.
I love the positive impact of the power of words and doodles as I release my emotions and feelings via my words and art on paper via journal therapy. Journaling has helped to calm me through the most stressful of times. And I hope that journaling for therapy can help you too.
4. I Plan In My Pretty Planners.
I do spots of fun creative planning in my pretty planners, which helps me stay productive and organized. To be productive, you need to manage your time and organize things and have a schedule and routine you can stick to.
When I am productive and organized, I do not have to keep fighting the fire and batting bad things off. I will have time to strategize rather than react to my life.
5. I Color For Fun And Do Crafts.
I sit down for relaxing coloring and craft sessions. I enjoy coloring because we love to see the beautiful splash of colors that transfer immediately to my coloring printables, books, and canvases, and pop my heart with joy.
I love craft sessions because I like to get creative with my hands, and I find that being creative allows me to enjoy things more.
I also get to shop for craft supplies and resources, which is a big thing for me. I love craft supplies like paper and anything with glitter in it. Anything that glitters is gold.
6. I Spend Time Indulging In My Happy Healthy Hobbies.
I enjoy time with my other happy, healthy hobbies such as cooking and baking creatively, reading, packing, organizing stuff around my house into boxes which I then label with love, writing stories, creating more pretty printables, etc.
You need to have hobbies or healthy side hustles, which help you feel relaxed and unwind.
Self-Care Is Not A Selfish Routine
Notice I did not mention spending time with my family in the list above? That's because I feel that my self-care regime is mine. It's part of my ME time, and during my ME time, I do not spend it with anyone other than myself.
I do not feel that this is being selfish. I have stopped guilt-tripping myself in this sense.
I need to have a sound state of mind to be a better caregiver for my family.
If I am always stressed, I will then impose my stress on the people around me.
When you want to be positive, you will need to work on yourself first. And then let the positive YOU enlighten the people around you.
When you take better care of yourself, you will feel a lot better and less stressed about your life.
When you are less frazzled about your busy days, you will take better care of the people around you.
For me, an excellent way to integrate self-care into my daily life is to stay focused on my sense of purpose.
The Flow Of Positivity Is Natural And Almost Overwhelming
When I practice my regime for self-care, positivity flows naturally to me.
When I attain a state of positive glow, I find that things will somehow fall into place as if the Universe has lined them up for me.
When I am in a positive state of mind, I attend to things with a sound, sane mind, unfrazzled by my state of busyness.
I structure my days so that I am organized and productive. I do this by using my pretty printable checklists.
Checklists help me attain a productive flow as I do not need to overthink things and recreate a system for things that have been tried and tested before. I follow my step-by-step checklists to achieve what I want.
When I am positive and productive, I see my sense of purpose clearly, and I stay passionate about my purpose and ikigai in life.
Everything will flow naturally to you when you create your positive core strength because your state of positivity will draw more things to you that will help you attain more positivity.
It's a bit like the concept of the law of attraction, where you attract things that are similar to you.
How To Use My Favorite Homeschool Printable Packs To Help You Stay Positive As A Mom
I use the printables in my Homeschool Happiness and Peak Productivity Club daily to help me stay positive as a mom. When I feel that I am suffocated by my circumstances or severely stressed, I will start taking my breaths more deliberately to calm down and play some guided meditation music in the background to soothe my nerves. I will then relax and unwind further by using my printables.
I use my printables to declutter my mind. I use my planner printables to offload the backlog of to-do lists in my head. I will scribble down what I have to do in my planner, and when I do that, my mind feels better because my planner has now shared the burden of my tasks with my mind.
I color in my coloring pages and feel a surge of relaxation as I see the beautiful blend of colors appearing on my pages. I don't even care that I am coloring out of the lines or coloring like a kid. I am happy when I color, and that is the most important thing to me.
I will journal in my journal printables and feel joy as I release my frustrations onto my paper. When I write and get into my journaling trance, the words fly off my pen and onto my journals. When the words leaped off onto my journals, I feel a surge of joy because I have now shared my woes with my journal.
I also flip through my positivity, self-care, and self-help readings and guides, which help me calm down as the soothing words relax me immensely.
I use my Pretty Pastel Colors Productivity Planner Printables to ignite my productivity and get things done. When I plan, I can accomplish more each day. I also get started quicker on tasks and projects when I have a plan to follow.
My Color Pop Mental Health Planner helps me deal with my stress. I deal more effectively with mental issues like stress and anxiety by planning and organizing in this fun planner. There's no shame in being open about your stress to your loved ones and dealing with it positively and calmly. Sometimes, the best way to deal with something that you don't enjoy is being completely honest about it with your loved ones.
I use my Rainbow Surprise To-Do Lists and Appointment Printables to help me stay on the ball regarding my life and work. I love planning and checking off my to-do lists in these beautiful colorful planner printables. A great way to stay positive is to always be on top of everything. I do not enjoy falling behind my schedule because that adds unnecessary stress to my life.
When I get stressed and busy, I tend to fall back on an unhealthy diet comprised of processed food and junk food. These days, I use my Elegant Eat Smarter Planner Printables to stick with a healthier diet. I say more nutritious and not healthy because I have cheat days to eat things I love, such as chocolates. Eating a well-balanced diet helps me stay mentally alert to have more time and energy to deal with the things that matter most to me and are essential.
I love to use my Household Budget Template Bundle Box to manage my home finances. By writing down all my expenses and managing my finances in this planner, I am better able to stay on top of my household budget. When I am in control of my finances, I feel more positive.
I use my Wow Wellness Mood and Self-Care Trackers For Your Pretty Planners to help me keep track of my mood and take better care of myself and find a balance in my life. I need to take better care of myself so that I am in good shape to take care of the people and things that matter to me. Do not ever feel guilty about taking time off from your family to take care of yourself first. When you feel good about yourself, you will rub off your positivity on the people around you. But when you feel crappy, there is a high chance that you will infect those around you with your grumpiness.
I have never thought of myself as being artistically inclined. Neither am I the sort who is very good with my hands and DIY projects. But this does not stop me from enjoying coloring as an adult. I find coloring so relaxing and fun because it allows me to completely shut myself off from everything around me and focus on the sole task of blending beautiful colors on the coloring pages. I calm down when I color. Sometimes, I color while watching TV. But I prefer to color in silence as I love my surroundings' stillness and quietness when I want to relax.
I love coloring and re-coloring my Big Happy Heart Positivity Coloring Pages, a big bundle of positivity coloring pages for colorists who want to practice leading more positive lives. These coloring pages help you stay positive and happy as you relax while coloring away.
I use my set of I Am Having So Much Fun Planning My Magnificent Menus Coloring Page Printables to help me plan my family's meals for the month and key holidays. When I plan my meals, I save a lot of time preparing the meals for my family. I also save money on groceries because when I don't have a plan, I tend to buy more groceries than needed and end up with a lot of food wastage, which I am ashamed of. I also find it very fun to plan my meals because I love browsing delicious recipes and looking at yummy food pictures.
When I am stressed, I start eating loads of unhealthy junk food. To avoid rolling down the slippery slope of junk food self-destruction, I use my Big Happy Healthy Eating Habits Coloring Journal to stay focused on following through with a healthier eating plan. Use my Big Happy Healthy Eating Habits Coloring Journal if you are sick of your unhealthy eating habits and wish to embark on a better diet.
As a solopreneur and work-from-home mom, I need to manage my time very carefully every day to achieve as much as I can. I use my Big Voyager’s 5 Year Coloring Vision Journal to help me set out my vision for the next 5 years to have a holistic view of my life and work plans. I also color in this journal because it doubles up as a black and white coloring book.
Since I had a kid, I have rediscovered the wonderful world of art and crafts. I have forgotten how much fun crafts can be! I use my I Pay It Forward Kindness Coloring and Craft Page Printables to help me learn to be kind and perform small random acts of kindness to make another person smile.
I journal in my Big Happy Heart Positivity Morning Journal and Big Happy Heart Positivity Evening Journal to stay positive. These are guided positivity journals that I have been using for a while to help me journal for joy. I have a lot of fun journaling in these journals because they help me focus on journaling only about the good stuff and happy things. Thinking about good things is a great way to unwind!
Gratitude is a topic I feel very passionate about. It is because I have been using gratitude for a while now to feel happy and stay positive. When I am grateful for my life, the people in my life, and the things that I care about, my thankfulness calms me down and I focus on all things good. By dwelling on the good stuff in my life, I am focused on seeking positivity and putting aside negativity thoughts. When I do that, I naturally feel good about everything. You may think that you do not have a lot to be grateful for, but I trust you have your beautiful sight as you are reading this. Or if you are listening to this page using a text to speech tool, I believe you have your splendid hearing. It’s not easy to be grateful in challenging times. It’s tough to feel grateful when you are trapped and angry. I do not profess to understand what you are going through. But I hope to relieve you of your negativity with my gratitude journal. I want to help you feel grateful so that you can feel happiness through challenging times.
A lot of us lead very hectic lives. After juggling work and family, we have very little time left for ourselves. When we neglect our bodies and mind, we start to shut down, and when we do that, we are not in tip-top shape to care for the people we love. Self-care is a pretty new concept to me. It suddenly hit on me that I needed to focus on taking care of myself before taking care of my loved ones. These days, I take care of myself by exercising as much as possible and eating a more well-balanced meal. I have had many health scares over the years and struggles with stress as well. One day, I got so upset with myself that I decided enough was enough. I decided that I had to focus on ME and to heal myself both physically and mentally. I use my bundle of Sweet Floral Self-Care Journal Printables to help me take better care of myself.
If you are running around like a headless chicken without any direction in life as you do not know or understand your purpose in life, find your purpose using my Big Ikigai Uncover Your Purpose Journal. My Big Ikigai Uncover Your Purpose Journal has helped me stay focused on finding my purpose in life by prompting me to journal about my goal. It is essential to live both for yourself and your family in order to feel happy.
There used to be days when I would feel so tired I wouldn't want to get out of bed. Such days are few and far between, thankfully, as I struggle a lot less with motivation issues these days. I use my Motivation Journal Boxset (Bullet Journal (BUJO), Lined, Blank Motivational Journals) to help me tackle my dreaded motivational problems. Motivational journaling is a fantastic way to get yourself fired up by the burning passion and desire inside you to improve yourself. As you journal with passion, you will find yourself getting more and more motivated to do well and focus on your tasks at hand more eagerly. Journaling is a cheap and convenient way to inspire yourself to face your daily grind and chores.
When my house is in a mess, I find myself bogged down by the physical clutter and it weighs on me with a burden. I cannot focus on work when my workstation or my house is in a great mess. Therefore, I always take some time off every 2-3 weeks to do a big declutter. I will throw away things that I no longer need or use with a vengeance. I will also make sure that I have organized things to know where all the things I need are. By doing so, I have rediscovered many things that I already have lying around in the house and save money from buying duplicate items. My decluttering journal is designed to help you eliminate that unsightly clutter in your house and work area effectively.
Positivity, Self-Care and Self-Help Guides and Printables
I often dig into my Work From Home and Indoor Survival Kits for tips and tricks on managing the chaos that comes naturally with working from home with a kid. I am a big homebody, and I have many tricks up my sleeve when entertaining my kid at home that don't involve the TV. Use my kits to help you survive the chaos! My Indoor Survival Kit is also great for home entertainment ideas when it gets too cold to go outside.
I am not a patient parent. I lose my temper quite often. And I always feel bad when I do so. Thus, I try very hard to manage my nerves and read up as much as I can on effective parenting. I enjoy flipping through my Positive Parenting Printables for tips and tricks on dealing with my kid when I find my nerves getting worked up. I use my Positive Parenting Bundle hand in hand with my Unicorn Positivity Checklists and Big Grateful Heart Gratitude Guides to help me stay positive as a parent to rub off my positivity on my child. Take the time to notice the small miracles that happen each day and surround yourself with Unicorns, thankfulness, love, and support, especially in challenging times.

How I Can Help You Gain Positivity
Motherhood And Positivity Can Go Hand In Hand
Motherhood is challenging. To say it's challenging is to undermine the difficulties that come along with it.
In addition to caring for our kid(s), we sometimes have to take up the role of playing teachers for their homeschool education or supplemental learning outside of their school curriculum.
As moms, we all know the difficulties that come entangled with being moms. So, there's no need for me to spell it out in full as that will stress me up. Ha!
I feel that it's very important as a mom to glow from both the inside and outside. This is especially important when you are playing the role of an educator (whether full-time or part-time) to your child; you will want to positively influence your child with your positive energy.
Keep It KISS
I believe in KISS to stay positive - keep it silly simple. And when you KISS, I have faith that positivity will flow to you naturally.
And when positivity flows to you naturally, there's no need for you to climb the highest mountain to see the most beautiful stream of sunlight peeking in at the crack of dawn.
Seriously, who has the time for that? It's nice, but for most of us, we can't do that every day. It's all about a simple daily process of doing small little things that will let you feel a bit of joy each day.
For me, it's most effective to create pockets of happiness in the KISS method. I do not fancy monumental measures to see the positive "light."
What if you could tap into a sweet little spot of joy every day by only doing the things you love most?
Let me help you tap into your sweet little spot of sunshine joy every day by merely doing fun hobbies such as journaling, pretty planner planning, coloring, crafts, and more.
If all these concepts of positivity sound a bit fluffy to you, and you pass it up as hot air, you will be giving up on simple little pleasures in life that can help you become a more positive person. I say that from personal experience.
If you still lack direction on what to do with all these concepts of positivity, sign up for a free trial to my Homeschool Happiness and Peak Productivity Club now.
If you don't enjoy your printables, ask me for a refund, and I will gladly give you back your money.

About Me and Let's Connect!
My name is I-Ping Yeo but I write in my alter ego Ashley Yeo cos when I first started online, I was too shy to be me. Silly! Now that my whole website and brand is built on Ashley Yeo, I am gonna stick with it (cos I am too lazy to change it and too much money has been spent on Ashley Yeo) and spread some sweet cheer!
I am a previously jaded ex-lawyer and now positively charged mompreneur who founded AshleyYeo.com. Ashley Yeo is a “fictional” character who is very different from me in personality. I am formal and boring while Ashley Yeo attempts to live a bit more dangerously but within acceptable boundaries.
I produce and publish content under my brand Ashley Yeo. I produce content mainly about homeschooling, education, digital and online learning, self-care, gratitude, ikigai (Japanese term for “reason to be”), infectious happiness strategies, passion, positivity, planning, and productivity for moms. And I also share boss girl e-commerce strategies I am testing, and resources I am using, on my own small boss girl indie business.
I conjure seriously juicy journals, notebooks, planners, coloring stuff, printables, and pretty kawaii products out of love, peaches, and cream.
I am the author and publisher of the "Big Grateful Heart: 52 Week Gratitude Journal". This is one of my best-selling gratitude journals, and it was a number 1 new release on Amazon as well as on several of Amazon's Top 100 bestseller lists.
I especially love to produce premium printables complementary to your homeschool curriculum, and for your family's positivity and self-care.
